From Kariton Sorbetes website, this is a "Coconut & pandan ‘gelato’ with shredded young coconut, pandan jelly and toasted rice flakes". It's listed under the sorbet section but 100% has the texture (luscious thick creaminess) of gelato. Wonderful aromatic pandan flavour, with the odd bit of shredded coconut and ectoplasmic green pandan jelly. So good... #pandan #icecream #gelato
