Build Your Own Vegan Brat

Ice Haus a German inspired restaurant and pub in Salt Lake City offers an entire vegan menu with many classic German dishes. This brat is Beyond Meat sausage of course and your able to add toppings. I chose all the pickled goodies to add to mine and also German mustard. So yum!
