Asheville was such a vegan wonderland, with so many exciting options to choose from! This spot was fully-vegan and had such a wide range of cuisines from hearty sandwiches, to funky salads, to traditional southern plates, and tons of baked goods! I chose the Buddha bowl🥗: which came with mixed greens, veggies, seaweed salad, smoky tofu, avocado, and brown rice smothered in their house-made tahini-based BBQ sauce! The tangy, creamy sauce really pulled this dish together and added a ton of flavor! (It kind of reminded me of a peanut sauce) The smoked tofu wasn’t super exciting to me, but it was still better than plain tofu. Overall, I loved the variety of veggies and nourishing ingredients in this meal!

What an awesome mix for many different bites! Smoky tofu, greens, and the solid potato carb load. Filling, super tasty, and a boost for the body.
