Buckwheat risotto with mushrooms

If this was a celebrity, I would have a poster! So creamy. They’ve been generous with the amount of mushrooms and herbs on top. Bonus points for using buckwheat! Creative and healthier.

Very amazed by the multiple layers of flavours to this dish. The mushrooms are well sautéed and so chewy and tasty.
