Bruschetta

I think this was my favorite dish that I got at Graze. The vegetables had a great flavor and the balsamic contrasted the aioli nicely. It comes with cashew dip but that can be put on the side (I’m allergic) and it’s still great without it! #vivavanderbilt

This was by far the most amazing bruschetta I've ever had. If you expect the regular bruschetta that you would get in the average Italian restaurant, there is so much more to come! This bruschetta comes with lots of perfectly roasted vegetables. I am usually not a fan of white bread but this crispy bread was high-quality white bread and amazing. It also comes with home-made cashew cheese, which adds a fresh taste to the dish. #vandyviva
