Update March 2025* It has been years since I've had thwse brunchos. I remember @gregcombs and I ordering these for takeout during covid. Okay, let me tell you, they are obviously way better fresh. These nachos come in two sizes, this is the smaller size. The bed of nachos is topped with #justegg and soy chorizo as well has #vegan cheese, sour cream and delicious gaucamole. It was fantastic. This is a great appetizer dish to share or even order as your main. These breakfast brunchos will definitely be ordered again!😍 This serving was massive for $12 and 4th & State tends to be a bit pricy for my liking, but everything is always delicious. This huge bed of #tortillachips was covered in #chorizo #justegg sour cream, homemade nacho sauce, diced onion and tomato salsa and guacamole. We devoured this! #abillionlove

So happy with this dish, it was delicious and very unique. Well worth the calories!
