Salty, crispy tortilla chips topped with tofu scramble, shredded cashew cheeze, coconut bacon, pickled jalapenos, salsa, buffalo queso, and hollandaise sauce drizzle 😋 While the bright yellow color of the #hollandaise kind of freaks me out, it had a great flavor. This bed of corn tortilla chips was loaded with #tofu scramble, shredded cashew #dairyfree cheeze, cocnut bacon, pickled jalapeños, salsa, buffalo queso and a hollandaise sauce drizzle. It was delicious and loaded with flavor. These were also really higb #protein dishes as well.
