Broodje Zalmtartaar

It was lovely! The salmon was made of grated carrot, and it had this very distinct salmon-y flavour to it. Very fresh and delicious, what an awesome sandwich this was, I love it! Meerzadenbrood met gerookte 'zalm' van wortel, met komkommer en yoghurt-kruidensaus.
