British Toffee Cake

This cake was so good that I went back for a third time in ten days. This time it was slightly less delicious but still wonderful overall. This time it was served with less toffee sauce and a smaller scoop of ice cream. Hopefully that was just a fluke and next time I order it it will be as good as the first two times! #veganin2020

I couldn’t stop thinking about it so I went back yesterday for my birthday. This cake is everything. Moist, rich, flavorful. Perfect texture and flavors.

I don’t think I’m exaggerating when I say this was the most delicious thing I’ve ever eaten. Truly, this was incredible. I haven’t stopped thinking about it in days. The cake was soft and served warm with a delicious toffee sauce and local made Best One Yet (hi Helen!) ice cream. This was a perfect dish. I hope they never change it and never take it off the menu.
