I love tofu scramble and I love wraps so of course I enjoyed this hehe. This was a filling and satisfying breakfast. It has turmeric tofu scramble, black beans, capsicum, tomato, and avocado wrapped in a tortilla served with a small salad. It was tasty and not heavy. I just wish it wasn’t so “juicy” (it’s very messy to eat!) and that the salad came with some dressing.
