Brekke Muffin with Tofu Egg

This is my second breakfast muffin from these guys... The first one I had with the fried egg, this time round with Tofu Egg. Sadly there is still a strange taste to this good looking muffin stack that I just can't put my finger on. I won't bother a third attempt. Purchased via Ubereats from their store in Westlake.
