Here's the breakfast burrito I mentioned in the previous review. Again, awful picture 😭 and not the best background either (that's the kitchen the hotel we were staying at made available for guests, because we didn't eat our food on the spot, but got it to go). Anyway... Vegan Sandwich Co has a special breakfast menu, but you can order the breakfast items all day long, how cool is that! 🤯 The burrito 🌯 was very good, really tasty and filling! It's made of a toasted wrap, filled with Bac*n Strips 🥓, hash browns, tofu scramble, spinach 🥬 and Cheeze 🧀, everything topped with taco sauce and tomato salsa. The texture of the whole thing was pleasant, perfect balance between the crunchiness of the Bec*n, the softness of the scramble tofu and the hash brown and the gooey Cheeze 🤤 The taste was really good.
