Brazilian Vegan Stew

This was super hearty! Similar to shakshuka, but the veggies chops are a bit larger in size and it has more spice to it. It has chickpeas, capsicum, (sweet?) potatoes in a thick tomato sauce. Comes with cut and toasted bread. Heaven!
