Faux fish and chips

I've been wanting to try banana blossom for a while now and finally had the opportunity at Bravocados. It definitely looked like fish and had a bit of a fish texture. Lots on the menu at Bravocados to check out. This dish is worth trying. Or go with a friend and get the "See food platter."
