Braised Aubergine, Mushroom Sauce, Black Bean Oil

This was my favorite dish out of an amazing vegan modern dining experience. The aubergine was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The homemade black bean sauce was so flavorful. Strongly recommend this restaurant where the menu changes monthly.
