Fire Flies

Braise Tofu Claypot

Formerly known as “Thunder Tree”, this Singapore favourite has re-opened in People’s Park Centre!

The brown rice is fragrant and the tofu is well braised so that the flavour permeates it. It's honestly a very healthy dish because besides tofu, the Claypot also has wolfberry, kelp, dang gui and celery. They gave a very generous portion too.
