Vegan Kiss My Grits Shrimp and Chorizo

The grits were my favorite part of of this dish - creamy and flavorful. The

red pepper was raw. I would have preferred sautéed. This was my first taste of vegan shrimp….it might also be my last. Just not my cup of tea.
