Great tempura rolls with spicy tofu, green onion, shichimi togarashi, sesame, spicy aioli, sweet soy. The shredded tofu was like salmon, and the rolls were very crispy.

12/10! All of Shizen’s specialty rolls are amazing, but this is the best of them all! It’s lightly fried, warm, and soft, with so much flavor! I could eat this roll every day and honestly never get tired of it. #saveveganrestaurants

This specialty roll is a must get if you ever come to San Francisco. There are so many good things on the menu but this is one I get every time.

So creative and outstanding flavour!! The speciality rolls are unique and high quality which is why they are a bit pricey but it's totally worth it!! The basic simple rolls are cheaper. Everything is vegan!! I am seriously eyeing that Spicy Miso Garlic Soup for next time!! Note this place is only doing take out during COVID (Sept 2020), they are not delivering or offering any other services. Since it is a very urban area and no good parks around for a picnic, it's probably best to come here if you are staying in the neighbourhood. I wish they had delivery options!
