The colouring of the dish looked unexciting and the texture of the unpeeled butternut was unpleasant. Apart from that, I really enjoyed the flavours. Glad I tried it, but don't think I'll be choosing this dish again. #butternut #butterbeans #tomatoes #hummus 🥣
