Carrot Cake

Went to check out Blue Kiwi as soon as we discovered how many vegan options they had. It's a lovely spot with beautiful interior, clean and bright space, and everyone that works there is super friendly. We decided to try some of their deserts. This carrot cake was absolutely yummy and the way they serve it is so pretty you almost feel bad for eating it 😅 If you're in the area and need a spot to have a variety of vegan options they are definitely one of few in the Simon's Town area. #veganfortheanimals #plantpower #abillion

Absolutely divine... Beautifully baked, tasty and with a delicious icing. Those almonds were a treat 🫶🏽

A really good tasty carrot cake. Maybe slightly dry but it depends on your taste. I always prefer super moist.

A slight twist in the classic carrot cake. The frosting is made with coconut blossom sugar so has a slight caramel taste to it. Very impressive and the sponge was moist.
