Blue Corn Nachos

Blue corn tortilla chips covered in plant based (cashew I called and confirmed directly with restaurant), corn salsa, plant based shredded cheese, portabello mushrooms, black beans, pico de Gallo, and avocado. Drizzled with avocado jalapeño sauce and chipotle sauce. It’s deliciously dangerous.
