Blackened tofu wrap (and Truffle Fries)

The Café is one of my favorite restaurants in the world. It’s not all vegan, but most dishes are plant based. This wrap is scrumptious. I ordered it with truffle fries. The dish isn’t vegan unless you specify no Parmesan cheese on top and then it is vegan. Love this so much I had it twice in four days.
