Blackened Cajun Cauliflower Sandwich

This sandwich was cajun fried cauliflower, sweet heat glaze, blackened ranch, lettuce, tomato, red onion, sweet potato wedge fries. The overall flavor was fantastic but it would’ve been better on a burger bun instead of toast the sweet potato fries were really thick and crispy. #cauliflower #sandwich #sweetpotatofries
