The naming of this dish is a bit clumsy, but hey, if you know, you know 😉 The dark sauce was very much on the sour side of things - the #blackvinegar dominated the flavour and left little room for other parts of the dish to express themselves 🥲 That's a taste profile that was reasonably good with the #fakemeat (which didn't actually have the cut of texture of piggy #trotters, rather something more akin to generic circular #veganpork), and considerably less good with the #blackfungus which has no real taste of its own and got walked all over 😬
