Black Pepper Fried Udon 黑椒乌冬

Not outstanding, but passable for a quick lunch I guess 😅 #udon is in my opinion too thick to dovetail well with anything other than soup/curry, even this #blackpepper thickly coated still could do the job entirely 😐 Some #fakemeat and #capsicum in there, but rather monotonous in the end
