not my usual choice of flavors, but i really wanted to try this #veganpizza . it came with herbed #parmesan cream, #shiitake mushrooms, #mozzarella, tofu #ricotta, #arugula, and was finished with #balsamicglaze !
the #tofuricotta was done really well. all the #vegancheese was tasty and didn’t have that weird glue like texture. the #mushrooms were cooked perfectly, and the arugula added some nice contrast. do NOT order this pizza if you do not like arugula 😭😭😭
i’m not sure id order this again but i did enjoy eating it and i think it was 100% worth the try. the combination and #pizza as a whole comes together very nicely!
