Beyond Meat Taco

These tacos are everything I missed about fast food tacos and more. It’s got such a wonderful meaty flavor without being overbearing with the “beyond” taste, and the avocado on top works perfectly with that. Absolutely delicious! A bit on the pricy side, however, but I’d say it’s worth it every once in a while.
