Betty’s classic vegan

It was a treat to not have to look too far to find a vegan option near the ICC. The burger was fair - a bit too spicy for my taste. The tomato and lettuce were fresh.

It tasted really good. The sauce was a chipotle style mayonnaise that tasted really good. The tomato and lettuce were very fresh. The only issue was that the rice patty was really crumbly.
