This pizza was sadly lacking while Bella Pizza makes an awesome base and the tomato sauce was good, their vegan coconut cheese, is more akin to sweetened coconut cream than anything vaguely resembling cheese. This creates a counterpoint to the flavour profile normally associated with a pizza and the topping choice, was unable to balance it, with the arugula’s bitterness becoming the dominant flavour, and contrasting heavily with the sweet coconut flavour from the cheese.
