I'm a #coconutlover but this cake was disappointing. She said it was fresh that morning

but i don't believe it, cos it was so dry. And the slice was pretty thin, not a generous portion . It was abundant in coconut and that's about all I can say.... I wouldn't try it again.

The most delicious cake in the world: creamy, moist, sweet... Make sure it's fresh, then

it's the best! They sell the same cake at Sage and there, the slices are slightly larger but this cake so so rich and filling that even a smaller piece is super satisfying.
