This is one of my favourite middle Eastern salads. I love the refreshing taste of
finely chopped parsley with bulgur. Squeezing the lemon on top really gives it that added oomph as well. #veganin2020

This was one of the recommended dishes but I was quite disappointed. Didn’t taste particularly
fancy; perhaps I’m not used to the sour taste and feel it’s not very worth the money. Interesting that it came with both lemon and orange, and healthy fresh greens.
This was alright. No complaints, but nothing stood out to me about this version of
the salad. I liked the fattoush better. The portion was larger than it looks in the photo - this was half-eaten. #crf
