Beetroot Terrine

Saorsa 1875 is the UK's first 100% vegan hotel. Located in Pitlochry, Scotland, 

This was part of the set menu and first course. Was beetroot and horseradish ice cream. It was nice but not sure if the horseradish should of been ice cream.
