Hash Brown Benny

One of my absolute favorites in Milwaukee. The hash browns are wonderfully crispy and the smoked tofu is bursting with flavor.

This dish was so good, the tofu “ham” (not actual ham) had a smoky flavor, the tofu scramble was very flavorful as well and the hollandaise might have been my favorite part of the dish (or was it the crispy hash browns?).
