The Tagine Boustaan

Very good tagine with vegetables and chickpeas. It can be served with cous cous or with bread.

The *Tagine Boustaan* is a vegetable tagine served with surprisingly buttery couscous (vegan still). The tagine was sweet and savory and you can definitely taste the flow for it each vegetable. The couscous is very well done and awakens your tastebuds when combined with the onion sauce of the tagine.
