Bean curd with black bean sauce

Absolutely delicious, Phoenix Garden IV in Caerleon needs more recognition as a vegan friendly Chinese restaurant and takeaway. If you ask any staff fir the vegan menu you will get a full vegan menu with starters and mains which are all equally delicious. What’s even better is there is a pub downstairs from the restaurant where they clearly mark which drinks are vegan and are dog friendly. To clarify Phoenix garden is not a fully vegan restaurant.
