Bean Curd Skin Rolls

This consisted of 3 bite sized layered rolls of thin bean curd sheet filled with seasoned mung bean noodles, black fungus, vegan 🐥, and 🥕, water fried and dressed with vegan oyster/vegan 🐥 broth.
