Engine Ramen in Kyoto A restaurant with vegan options. I got the bean curd ramen it was so creamy and the noodles were so soft! I also got fried dumplings and it came with nice soy miso sauce 🤤 If you’re ever in Kyoto you can’t miss this place, it’s very close to Nishiki market, where I got my nice vegan ice cream
