🇮🇹Sempre durante la gita a Milano con la mia famiglia (6/1/2023), ho trovato questa
pizzeria con opzioni sia vegan che senza glutine.
C'era tantissima gente quella sera al ristorante, ma l'attesa ne è valsa la pena perché la pizza era spettacolare.
Premettendo che a me piace la pizza "più è sottile, meglio è", l'ho presa con crema di funghi porcini e olio al tartufo con aggiunta di mozzarella veg. Pazzesca.
Mia madre l'ha presa con verdure grigliate (melanzane, zucchine, funghi) e pomodorini freschi.
Mio padre: marinara senza glutine con aglio, olive nere, capperi e aggiunta di mozzarella veg, e dice che è la miglior pizza senza glutine che abbia mai mangiato.
In questo ristorante/pizzeria vi sono sia pizze che piatti tradizionali vegan, infatti mia sorella aveva preso delle polpette vegan, di cui purtroppo non ho foto.
Tutto sommato, raccomando questa risto-pizzeria a tutti gli effetti.
🇬🇧Also during the trip to Milan with my family (6/1/2023), I found this pizzeria with both vegan and gluten-free options.
There were a lot of people in the restaurant that night, but the wait was worth it because the pizza was spectacular.
Assuming that I like pizza "the thinner it is, the better it is", I took it with cream of porcini mushrooms and truffle oil with the addition of veg mozzarella. Crazy.
My mom had it with grilled vegetables (eggplant, zucchini, mushrooms) and fresh cherry tomatoes.
My dad: Gluten-free marinara with garlic, black olives, capers and added veg mozzarella, and he says it's the best gluten-free pizza he's ever eaten.
In this restaurant/pizzeria there are both pizzas and traditional vegan dishes, in fact my sister had taken some vegan meatballs, of which unfortunately I have no photos.
All in all, I recommend this restaurant-pizzeria absolutely.
