BBQ Jackfruit Sandwich

Excuse the selfie... but Cosmic Kitchen’s sandwiches are that good! I love their jackfruit and coconut “bacon”. My only complaint is the sand which is so big it’s hard to eat, I usually need a plate and silverware to finish it. But, that’s not really a complaint 😜
