Vegetable Aglio Olio with Broccoli, Kale, Edamame, House-Dried Tomatoes, Olive Oil.
This normally comes with linguine but I brought my own kamut, brown rice and chickpea fusilli just to get more nutrition and fibre in. Overall a simple pasta dish, light flavours that allow the vegetables to shine through #bayswaterkitchen #veganoptions #pasta
