baretroot pumpkin

I love the presentation of this but out of the 8 is was my least favorite. Too sweet all together. With beetroot I like something acidic and the sweet pumpkin pancake was too much the same - there was no contrast but maybe it was on purpose throughout the line. It was really like sinking in a velvet dream.
