Super tasty tahdig (crispy rice from the bottom of the pan), which was surprisingly vegan.
It pairs well with any dish, especially their vegan lentil soup. It originally comes with a stew that is not vegan, but you can request it with the previously mentioned vegan lentil soup. Make sure they have it because it's not guaranteed!
