Bao bao

Davvero buonissimo! Penso che il ripieno fosse di seitan (ma morbidissimo) e il sughetto era davvero gustoso. In questo posto praticamente tutti i pintxos (tapas) sono vegani, ed è molto economico. Gli altri pintxos li ho però mangiati prima di fotografarli 😅😅 Ma per dare un metro di misura: per tre calici di vino, una sangria, un piattino di olive e cinque pintxos abbiamo speso 16 euro 😱😱😱

Riquisimos panes Bao rellenos de pisto y acompañados de edamames al vapor. Me encantan estos panecillos.

The photo is horrible and it doesn't make justice to it. The filling is awesome and quite generous, which becomes hazardous when eating it, but the risk of spilling is quite worth it
