Highly impressed by this appetiser! Crunchy savoury fritters with a tender and 'fleshy' texture inside
made using banana blossom. Reminiscent of Thai fish cakes! Served with sweet chilli sauce as a dip. Not the healthiest dish around since it was fried, but it didn't seem too oily, and was definitely very addictive. It's also so rare to find a banana blossom dish in Singapore, especially one done so well, so I would say it's a must-try! (Allium-free, $10.90) #sgvegan
