This product was exactly you’d expect. Crispy, i believe Seitan pieces that imitate duck. The
‘duck’ itself was spot on, similar if not same to the original and the added textures of spring onion and cucumber to the wrap really allowed a nice chew in every bite. HOWEVER, the hoisin duck didn’t hit it for me. The flavour was so strong and overpowering, after awhile I chose to just eat it dry. Might of been a preference thing but I believe the sauce didn’t give the dish justice.
