Really cheap but large and tasty Filipino style stir fry noodles. It is at a
hotel, but they have a huge vegan menu where everything is below 200 PHP (I believe this was 160). Maybe they will be happy to have you come and eat, even if you don't stay. Can order at any time before 8pm.
