One of the best desserts I have ever had, it was an explosion of spring come summer, vibrant and full of life. I broke out into the biggest smile the moment the smell hit my nose. A truly giggle-creating experience, that is what food should be, made with love. Wow this was amazing. In my pre-vegan days Bakewell Tart was my favourite. It was such a joy to find this vegan version, excellent pastry, tasty jam (mixed berry) and a lovely almondy topping. Simply the best Bakewell Tart I have ever tasted. #veganisnotscary
