Was stuck at East Coast due to heavy rain and wandered across this restaurant. It
apparently offers vegatarian aglio olio which is not only also vegan but comes with vegan parmesan cheese! At least that’s what it said in the menu - I didn’t really taste the cheese.
I was so hungry and excited there is a vegan pasta at Marine Parade that I still really enjoyed it.
Their signature mochi pasta is really chewy and delicious.
The sauce was a bit spicy and very fragrant.
Wish there were more mushrooms for the dish to be more saturating but A for the effort!
