Baked Aloo Gobi

The flavor profile is so well-balanced and rich! My only complaint that it's not very filling compared to similarly priced mains.

Great table sharing piece. Pre cut could help us all trying to cut it with our small table knives. Sauce and puy lentils and a few potatoes are tasty $200

Love the potatoes! Baked perfectly that it’s tender but not too soft. The nuts and almonds in the sauce is a nice touch but wish the sauce can have a bit more flavour.

Everyone love it! Will satisfy all your taste buds. And the cake for desert was a hit too! The tastiest vegan cake I've tried yet! 👏
