Had lunch at this super cute surfer-vibe cafe! I got the Baja Bowl, which was an eclectic mix of black beans, cilantro pumpkin seed pesto rice, peanut ginger slaw, peach salsa, guacamole, tortilla chips, pickled red onions, cilantro, and a creamy cheesy chipotle sauce! I thought it was served with greens (which I’d prefer) and didn’t know about the chips, so that was a surprise! Each element was super flavorful and unique! I love how vegans and Omnis can eat here, as they have options for both! They have smoothie bowls, smoothies and juices, salads, bowls, sandwiches, and treats. They even sell tasteful merchandise inside. I would love to come back to try their other foods, as they all sound amazing! The service was also fantastic, which made the experience even better!
